These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solentx software and website. By using Solentx you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Solentx provides:- Point-of-sale software
- Inventory tracking
- Barcode scanning
- Sales reporting
- Receipt generation
- Optional cloud synchronization
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:- Your account security
- Your password
- All activity under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:- Use Solentx for illegal activity
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
- Reverse engineer the software
- Resell Solentx without permission
4. Payments
Paid features require a subscription or license. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically.5. Trials
Trial accounts may expire automatically. We may modify or end trials at any time.6. Local Licenses
One-time licenses apply to a single business location unless otherwise stated. Local installations require:- A compatible Windows PC
- User-managed backups
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uptime. Cloud services may occasionally be unavailable.8. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:- Accuracy of your data
- Backups (especially local mode)
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:- Violation of Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
10. Refunds
Subscription refunds are not guaranteed. Contact support for billing issues.11. Limitation of Liability
Solentx is provided "as is". We are not liable for:- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages
